TLC team make contact with management
Inspect the parking lot
Log, tag, and take pictures of any cars that are NOT in acceptable condition
Forward all the information to management via email.
On the second or third day (management decision)
TLC will come out and make contact with the office to see if any arrangements have been made with Resident before any action is taken
Residents can call or retrieve their vehicle from the address posted on the signs.

Posted Signs - Signs will be posted at every entrance of the property at no additional charge
Warning Stickers - Detail stickers will be posted prior to the removal of property. Terms of this warning will be determined by management
Digital Photographs - Driver will take photos of every vehicle prior to the removal. These photos will be available to management upon request
24 hr Contact Number - There will be a representative on call 24 hrs a day for emergencies
Monthly Inspections - Representative will come out to service the property at least once a month. The inspection will consist of flat tires, expired tags, abandoned, leaking, and improper parked vehicles. Improperly parked vehicles will be towed immediately. This may included but not limited to obstruction, handicap parking on lawn or sidewalks, etc.
